Steps to Integrate Pandora FMS with AlarmsOne:

Following are the steps involved to integrate Pandora FMS with AlarmsOne.

Steps to be followed in AlarmsOne:

1. Sign up for AlarmsOne service and log into your account. Click on Applications icon in the left panel. Click Agents and then click Add Agent(+) to download the agent (or) poller.

2. Once download is complete, install the agent on the machine from where it can reach  Pandora FMS.

3. Once the agent is installed and registered with AlarmsOne, click on Applications icon and click +Add Application at the top right corner of the window and choose Pandora FMS.

4. Select the registered agent which is deployed on the Pandora FMS Server.

5. Input all the details specific to Pandora FMS (Agent, Application Label, Application and Host).

6. Click Add to add the Application to AlarmsOne.

Steps to be followed in Pandora FMS:

1. Click Menu in the left panel. Choose Administration -->Manage Alerts --> Commands.

2. Create an alert command “Alarmsone Alert” that will be called when the alert is triggered from Pandora FMS.

3. Paste the following command in the instruction:

echo _id_alert_"&@"_module_"&@"_agent_"&@"_alert_description_"&@"_timestamp_"&@"_data_"&@"_address_"&@"_agentgroup_"&@"_modulegroup_"&@"_modulestatus_ >> AlarmsOne_Poller_Directory/conf/PandoraFMS/alerts.txt

Note:

Find out the installation directory of AlarmsOne Poller in Pandora FMS machine and substitute the same in AlarmsOne_Poller_Directory. Also, provide full permission to the entire AlarmsOne Poller directory.

4. Create a New Alert Action by clicking on Administration --> Manage Alerts --> Actions.

5. Choose All group and also the AlarmsOne Alert.

6. Configure Alerts to be sent to AlarmsOne and select AlarmsOne Alert action.

7. Test whether you receive Alerts from PandoraFMS in AlarmsOne and close the setup.
