Steps to Integrate Zoho Desk with AlarmsOne - Outbound Integration:
To integrate Zoho Desk with AlarmsOne to post alarms as support tickets, follow the steps below.

Steps to be followed in AlarmsOne:
1. Click on Applications icon in the left panel.
2. Click on Add Application. Here, select OutBound tab and click on Zoho Desk.
3. Fill in the Application Label (e.g. Zoho-desk).
4. Log in to Zoho Desk. Goto the following link in your browser to find the API key.
https://accounts.zoho.com/apiauthtoken/create?SCOPE=ZohoSupport/supportapi,ZohoSearch/SearchAPI
5. Copy and paste the API key.
6. Select the Organisation, Department and Contact.
7. Click Add, to save the configuration.
