Steps to Integrate Zenoss 4 with AlarmsOne:

Zenoss is an open source IT management solution. Through integrated monitoring, it enables you to manage the status and health of your infrastructure through a single, Web-based console. The power of Zenoss starts with its in-depth Inventory and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

To integrate Zenoss 4 with AlarmsOne for alarm tracking, follow the steps below.

Steps to be followed in AlarmsOne:

1. Click onApplication icon in the left panel.2. Click on Add Application. Here, select Zenoss.3. Fill in the Application Label (e.g.Zenoss).4. Select appropriate Time Zone for reporting. 5. Click Add, a URL will be displayed upon clicking Add. Please copy the URL.

Steps to be followed in Zenoss 4:

1. Login to Zenoss4 and create trigger for AlarmsOne by clicking on (EventsTriggers).2. Click (Events Triggers) and select Notifications.3. Click Add to add new notification profile, specify the ID as AlarmsOne and Action as Command.4. Select the created notification and click on Settings.5. In the pop, select Notification tab and check Enabled and Send only on Initial Occurrence.6. Select the trigger that you have created for AlarmsOne and click Add.7. Switch over to Content tab, set the Command Timeout to 120 seconds.8. Copy and paste the following command in the Command field.
