Steps to Integrate Zendesk with AlarmsOne:
Zendesk is a cloud-based customer service and ticketing platform. To integrate Zendesk with AlarmsOne for posting alarms as service tickets, follow the steps below.
Steps to be followed in Zendesk:
1. Login to Zendesk service and click on Settings icon at the left pane and select API under Channels.
2. Create a New Token and copy the API key.
Steps to be followed in AlarmsOne:
1. Click on Applications icon in the left panel.
2. Click on Add Application. Here, select OutBound tab and click on Zendesk.
3. Fill in the Application Label (e.g. Zendesk).
4. Specify your Zendesk Cloud Domain name in the Subdomain Name(e.g:- alarmsone-test).
5. Specify the correct email address used to login Zendesk customer service portal.
6. Paste the copied API key in the AlarmsOne Zendesk configuration.
7. Click Add, to save the configuration.
Now, you can share the alarms in AlarmsOne with Zendesk.
