Tighter Integration with Help Desk Tools.


 

Tighter integration with two-way tracking allows you to track your alarms created as tickets in help desk tools and update the status of the alarm in AlarmsOne when the corresponding ticket's status is changed, and vice vera.

 

To enable two-way tracking, Goto Applications > AddApplication > Outboundapplications > Help Desk and Customer Support Tools. Select the app you want to integrate. Click Enable two-way tracking and then click Add.
