Not Receiving Call/SMS Notifications? Troubleshoot now.


 

If you are not receiving call/SMS notifications in your mobile, it could be due to the following.

 

 

1. Your mobile number is not verified yet.

 

  • To verify your mobile number, go to Settings > My Profile and click Edit.
  • You can see if your mobile number is verified or not.
  • If it is not verified, click Verify Mobile Number.
  • Enter the OTP sent to your number and click Verify.

 

2. You haven't selected the notification channels (sms/call/email) for a specific user for a particular application.

 

 

3. You haven't associated the Contact and the Application in your notification profile.

 

  • Follow these steps to learn how to associate Contacts and Applications, and start receiving notifications based on the escalation policies.
