Site24x7 is a Software as a Service (SaaS) based web infrastructure monitoring service that helps to monitor the uptime and performance of websites, online applications and servers.                  

To integrate Site24x7 with AlarmsOne for alarms tracking, follow the steps below.

Integrating Site24x7 with AlarmsOne, from Site24x7:

1. Sign in to Site24x7 and click on Admin icon in the left panel.

2. Click on Third Party Integration and click Add Third Party Integration at the top right corner.

3. Now, select ManageEngine AlarmsOne from the list of applications.

4. Click the Integrate with AlarmsOne button.

5. Integration name will be automatically generated. Click Save to integrate Site24x7 with AlarmsOne.

6. Site24x7 will be added in AlarmsOne Applications automatically.

Integrating Site24x7 with AlarmsOne, from AlarmsOne:

1. Sign in to AlarmsOne and click on Application icon in the left panel.

2. Click on Add Application. Under SaaS Based Monitoring Solutions select Site24x7.

3. Fill in the Application Label (e.g. Site24x7).

4. Select the appropriate Time Zone for reporting.

5. Click Add. The application gets added to AlarmsOne Applications.
