Our Incredible Journey Through Time.
August, 2015 | ManageEngine releases AlarmsOne
ManageEngine introduces AlarmsOne, a centralised alert management software to help users manage alerts from multiple IT management apps in one console. AlarmsOne is a SaaS-based app that consolidates all alerts and gives deeper visibility into each alert, so administrators can minimize downtime and maximize performance. With SMS, Call, and Email alerts, users can stay up-to-date on the status of their IT system.
May, 2016 | Alert grouping
AlarmsOne allows users to group the alerts based on display name, severity, category, and application so they can easily track and respond to an alert quickly. Users can also filter the grouped alarms by choosing all, opened, closed, acknowledged, or notified alerts. This helps figuring out how many issues have been fixed and how many more have to be addressed.
August, 2016 | Email integration
AlarmsOne introduces Email integration to help users integrate AlarmsOne with any application that can send email alerts. Email notifications will be listed as alerts in the centralized console for alerts.
September, 2016 | Schedules
AlarmsOne lets users create Schedules with different kinds of shifts and decide who should receive notifications, when, and how. With Shift Overrides, users can override a technician's shift with another technician, if the former is not available to respond to the alerts.
October, 2016 | Downtime
To help users eliminate redundant alerts during scheduled maintenance, AlarmsOne introduces Downtime. Users can schedule Downtime and stop receiving alert notifications about it.
December, 2016 | Custom integration
With AlarmsOne's custom API, users can now integrate applications that are capable of making REST API calls. Integrating in-house applications and other third party applications is made simple.
January, 2017 | Multi-criteria alerting
Alert noise has been bothering IT admins for ages and AlarmsOne introduces criteria-based-alerting to curb alert noise. Users can define multiple criteria to filter alerts and notify only about incidents that matter.
February, 2017 | Escalations
We have enhanced AlarmsOne to give you complete control over the alerting process by introducing Escalations. This helps users notify the right person at the right time. With 5 levels of escalations, users can make sure that the right person is notified before it's too late.
February, 2017 | Internationalization
To extend our accessibility beyond English speaking countries and make IT alert management more flexible for our users, we have internationalized AlarmsOne. AlarmsOne is now available in seven different languages- English, German, French, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, and Dutch.
May, 2017 | New licenses
AlarmsOne introduces new plans and licensing model to meet every user's needs without breaking the budget. AlarmsOne comes with a 30-day, fully functional trial. After which, users can choose between our Free(0$), Basic(15$/user/month - billed annually), and Premium(25$/user/month - billed annually) plans based on their alert management needs.
July, 2017 | Custom views and tags
With AlarmsOne’s Views and Tags, users can easily filter and categorize their alerts. Creating different Views helps users keep their Alarms page clutter-free. Users can automatically tag alerts from particular agent, application, or notification profile and identify them easily.
September, 2017 | Noise reduction
AlarmsOne introduces Noise reduction to reduce alert noise and help users track and act on critical alerts easily. Using Noise reduction feature, users can get notified once for an incident and choose not to get notified again about the same incident for a particular period of time.
October, 2017 | Alarm reports
AlarmsOne allows users generate alarm reports so that they can drill down into data that's important. It also helps to keep track of incident history and helps to solve repeating incidents quickly. AlarmsOne exports alarm reports in PDF and CSV formats.
December, 2017 | Alarm modifier
To help users reduce alert noise and to customize alerts, AlarmsOne has released a new feature, Alarm modifier. With Alarm modifier, one can automatically acknowledge, close, and delete alerts. Users can also add new fields to an alert, modify existing field, rename, or remove fields.
January, 2018 | Live feed
AlarmsOne's now has a live feed that helps users keep an eye on their IT infrastructure in real time. Users can also get up-to-date information about all the entities they monitor and helps them react to incidents quickly.
March, 2018 | Two-way tracking
AlarmsOne introduces two-way tracking of alarms in AlarmsOne and the respective tickets in help desk tools. The actions carried out in one system automatically reflects in the other system. This helps IT management and helpdesk teams work synchronously.
