Overrides:

Overrides in AlarmsOne helps you assign users to manage the alarms assigned to another user, in his absence. There is no limit to the number of users to whom a specific override can be assigned. Notifications will be sent to the users to whom the override is assigned. To view the overrides, goto Settings by clicking the Settings icon in the left pane and click Overrides.

Exclude schedules:

If a user is present in a schedule and if the override should be exempted for that schedule, then that schedule should be excluded. Any number of schedules can be excluded.

Views:

There are four views by which the overrides are displayed.

1. All - Shows all the overrides that are added.

2. Active - Shows the overrides which are currently active.

3. Upcoming - Shows the overrides that are yet to start.

4. Completed - Shows all the completed overrides.

Deleting or editingan override:

Overrides can be deleted one by one or all at a time. In the All view, select the override you want to delete and click the Delete button at the top of the panel or click the delete icon at the right end of the row displaying an override. To edit an override, click the Edit icon, make the changes and click the Save button.
