Steps to Integrate Observium with AlarmsOne:

Observium is a low-maintenance auto-discovering network monitoring platform supporting a wide range of device types, platforms and operating systems including Cisco, Windows, Linux, HP, Juniper, Dell, FreeBSD, Brocade, Netscaler, NetApp and many more. To integrate Observium with AlarmsOne and to manage Observium alerts in AlarmsOne, please follow the below steps.

Configuration steps in AlarmsOne:

1. Log into your AlarmsOne account and Click on Applications icon in the left panel.
2. Click on Add Application. Here, select Observium.
3. Fill in the Application Label (e.g. Observium).
4. Select appropriate Time Zone to report about the alarms.
5. Click Add. A URL will be generated. Please copy the displayed URL.

Configuration steps in Observium: 

1. Log in to Observium and go to Contacts from menu--> Add Contact.
2. Under Transport select webhook and paste the copied URL in URL input.
3. Save the Contact.
4. Now, edit the created webhook contact and then associate Alert checkers and Syslog rules. Then click Associate.
5. Save all changes.
