Notify On Demand:

Notifcation Profile in AlarmsOne is used for setting up recurring alerts that help to avoid major IT incidents before they happen. AlarmsOne also provides an option to alert when an alarm needs special attention or it needs to be addressed only by a group of users.

To notify an user about an alarm, select the alarm and click the Notify button.

Browse and select the contacts to whom you need to notify. Add your comments to increase clarity and select alert preference(Voice Call/SMS/Email). Then click Send.
