Steps to Integrate New Relic with AlarmsOne:

New Relic is a Software as a Service(SaaS) based monitoring service that helps  troubleshoot system and application issues.

To integrate New Relic with AlarmsOne for alarms tracking, follow the steps below.

Steps to be followed in AlarmsOne:

1. Click onApplications icon in the left panel.

2. Click on Add Application. Here, select New Relic.

3. Fill in the Application Label (e.g. New Relic).

4. Click Add. A URL will be generated. Please copy the URL.

Steps to be followed in New Relic:

1. Sign In to New Relic and click on Alerts Tab.

2. Select Notification Channels, click on Create New Notification Channel and choose Webhook as an channel option.

3. Specify the Webhook name, paste the URL copied from AlarmsOne and query string in custom header.

4. Choose the payload type as JSON.

5. Click Integrate with Webhooks.

6. Now, you can create Alert  Policies on your New Relic and choose Webhook integration as you alerting channel.
