IDERA is a Software as a Service (SaaS) based monitoring service that includes Server monitoring, Website monitoring, Amazon EC2, Rackspace and Web application monitoring that track system and application performance, and helps troubleshoot system and application issues.

To integrate IDERA with AlarmsOne, follow the steps below.

Steps to be followed in AlarmsOne:

1. Click onApplications icon in the left panel.

2. Click on Add Application. Here, select IDERA.

3. Fill in the Application Label (e.g. IDERA).

4. Click Add. A URL will be generated. Please copy the URL.

Steps to be followed in IDERA:

1. Sign In to IDERA using your user name and password.

2. Click on Alerts Tab and select Notification Profile in the left panel.

3. Click Add a Profile, specify the profile name and set State as Enabled.

4. In the Destination, select the option Webhook and paste the URL copied from AlarmsOne.

5. Click Test Notification and check whether you have received a test alert in AlarmsOne.

6. Save the notification profile.

7. In the Alerts Tab, Click Configure Alerts in the left panel.

8.  If you have existing alerts configured, select Add in the Bulk Destination present at the right hand side corner and select the destination as Webhook notification profile that is created for AlarmsOne to trigger alerts to the Webhook URL.

9. To configure new alerts, click New Alert in the Configure Alerts.

10. Provide alert description, threshold and other properties. In the Send Notification To option, type Webhook in the drop down and select Webhook notification profile that is created for AlarmsOne to trigger alerts to the Webhook URL.

11. Click Test Notification and check whether you have received a test alert in AlarmsOne.

12. Save the alert profile.
