Selecting Alert channels (Email/SMS/Call) for contacts: 


 

While adding a contact, you can choose the channels through which the user needs to be notified about the alarms from each application. Follow the steps below while adding a contact.


 

1. Click any application displayed in the Application List.

 

 


 

2. Select the required alerting channels from the three channels (Email/SMS/Voice call) and click OK. You can choose any or all of the channels to receive notifications.
