AlarmsOne on-premise poller is also called Alarm poller or Agent. To view the AlarmOne agents, click All Agents under Settings. To add an Agent, click +Add Agent in the Agents window or click Add Agent under Settings.

 

 

 

 

How to setup AlarmsOne OnPremise Poller?

 

 
The AlarmsOne Agent has to be installed and configured to pull alarms from on-premises applications like ManageEngine OpManager, Application Manager, Solarwinds, Nagios, etc.
 
The setup involves the following steps:
 
  1. Downloading the OnPremise Poller and installating it on client network.
  2. Configuring AlarmsOne to pull alarms from the poller.
