The Alarm poller communicates with AlarmsOne server using the following URLs.
1. https://plusalarmsone.manageengine.com
2. https://dms.zoho.com
Please whitelist the two URLs in your firewall to automatically register the Alarm poller with AlarmsOne service. This ensures flawless communication between poller and server.
Access Permissions:
Please make sure Write permission is enabled for the AlarmPoller folder present in the location where you have installed the Agent. Only then, the agent will be able to pull alerts from your application and display it in AlarmsOne.
