Types of Contacts:
 
A Super Admin in AlarmsOne can add the following types of contacts to their Contacts list:
 
  1. Alarm Admin
  2. Alarm User

The Super Admin perform all the functions feasible in AlarmsOne, while the privileges of each type of contact vary.

 


 

 
Privileges:
 
  • Alarm Admin:
 
Alarm Admin added by the Super Admin has access to all application alarms by default. An Alarm Admin can add Alarm Users and provide permission to view alarms from all the applications or from a particular application. Alarm Admin can perform all the functions like the Super Admin except the following
 
1. Alarm Admin cannot add an Email application.
2. Alarm Admin cannot send invitation to people who are not part of the virtual organisation.
[Note: If the Super Admin adds an Alarm Admin as a 'Moderator', that Alarm Admin will have all privileges like the Super Admin.]
 
 
  • Alarm User:
 
Alarm User is a read-only user created by the Super Admin or an Alarm Admin. An Alarm User can view only the alarms specific to applications that are assigned to that user by the Admin. Alarm Users cannot configure anything else.
