Steps to Integrate Atlassian Cloud with AlarmsOne - Inbound Integration:

Atlassian offers flexible issue and project tracking with best-in-class, agile tools for software teams. To integrate Atlassian Cloud with AlarmsOne for alarms tracking, follow the steps below.

Steps to be followed in AlarmsOne:

1. Click onApplication icon in the left panel.

2. Click on Add Application. Here, select Atlassian Cloud.

3. Fill in the Application Label (e.g. Atlassian Cloud IN Bound) and select the timezone Atlassian Cloud is configured for.

4. Click Add. An app specific URL will be generated. Please copy the URL.

Steps to be followed in Atlassian Cloud:

1. Login to your Atlassian Cloud Portal.

2. Click on Settings icon at the top right corner and select System.

3. At the left pane, select WebHook in the Advanced section.

4. Create a New WebHook in the name of AlarmsOne and paste the URL copied from the AlarmsOne.

5. Select All Issues in the Event section and click Create.

6. The created WebHook configuration will post all issues to AlarmsOne.
