Applications:
 
To view the list of Inbound and Outbound applications, click Applications icon in the left pane. This window shows the Name of applications, the time zone they operate in, and their status. 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

 

Adding an Application:


 

To add an application, click the Applications button in the left panel and then click +Add Application button on the top right corner. For Inbound apps, click Inbound at the top of the panel. Click Outbound to add Outbound apps. For Email Integration or Custom API integration, click EmailIntegration or Custom API at the bottom of the Inbound app list. You can also search for an application in the search box. 
 
 
 
You can select the notification profile while adding the application.
 

 

 

Actions:


 

You can Edit, Enable/Disable, Mute or Delete an application by clicking on the Actions button in the Applications window.

 

 


 

Mute:


 

You can also mute an application by clicking the green coloured bell icon. When you mute an application, alarms from the application are collected but notifications are not generated from AlarmsOne.


 

Associate Contact:


 
This enables users to associate contacts to the application and also select the notification channel - Email/SMS/Voice Call.
