Steps to Integrate ServiceNow with AlarmsOne:

To integrate ServiceNow with AlarmsOne for posting alarms as service tickets, follow the  steps below.

Steps to be followed in AlarmsOne:

1. Click on Applications icon in the left panel.

2. Click on Add Application. Here, select OutBound tab and click on ServiceNow.

3. Fill in the Application Label (e.g. ServiceNow).

4. Key in the Subdomain Name (Get it from your url  <subdomain>.service-now.com).

5. Enter the Username and Password of ServiceNow.

6. Click Add to add the application.
