Steps to Integrate ServiceDesk Plus OnDemand with AlarmsOne:


 

To integrate SDP OnDemand with AlarmsOne for posting alarms as service tickets, follow the steps below.


 

 

Steps to be followed in AlarmsOne:


 

1. Click on Applications icon in the left panel.

 

2. Click on Add Application. Here, select OutBound tab and click on ServiceDesk Plus OnDemand.

 

3. Fill in the Application Label (e.g. SDP OnDemand).

 

4. Select the Data Center and then click the 'Generate OAuth Token' link.

 

5. Choose if you want to raise the alarm as a request or a task.

 

6. Select two-way tracking, if necessary.

 

7. Click Add, to save the configuration.
